I agree that all Artwork purchased through www.mojosportsgear.com is and will remain property of Mojo Sportsgear Inc. The purchase of artwork creation does not entitle the consumer to the exclusive rights or ownership of that design or any imagery used to create the design. Mojo Sportsgear Inc. reserves the right to display and use elements in the design for future consumers or any form of outside advertising and display. No artwork purchased through Mojo Sportgear Inc. will be offered in it’s original VECTOR based format. All Artwork purchased from Mojo Sportsgear Inc. will be available for in house application ONLY. No Exceptions. Mojo Sportsgear Inc. reserves the right to limit the amount of changes and re-draws a customer is provided. Mojo will extend all efforts to design the original creation as close to the customers request as possible. However a large volume of edits and changing of design concept may result in additional fees. If you are an equipment sponsored team and wish to have a merchandise/equipment company logo used in the development of your artwork, you, the consumer, are responsible for any disputes and royalty infringement issues that would result in misuse of said company logos, emblems and slogans.
